Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we have created a fair cancellation policy to accommodate both our guests and the villa's operational needs. Please read the policy carefully before making a reservation.

Full Refund (100%) for Cancellations 30 Days Prior to Check-In

  • Guests who cancel their booking 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • No cancellation fees will be charged.

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.

50% Refund for Cancellations 20 to 29 Days Prior to Check-In

  • For cancellations made between 20 to 29 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • The remaining 50% of the booking amount will be retained to cover operational costs.

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

No Refund for Cancellations Less Than 20 Days Before Check-In

  • Cancellations made within 20 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • 100% of the booking amount will be retained by the villa as a cancellation fee to compensate for the short notice.

Early Departures

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures once the guest has checked in, regardless of the reason.

 

Modification of Reservation

  • Any request to modify the reservation dates must be made 30 days prior to the check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability.

  • If the modification is approved, the new booking may be subject to rate changes depending on the season and availability.

 

No Show Policy

  • In case of a "no show" (where the guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation or communication), no refund will be issued, and 100% of the booking amount will be retained.

 

How to Cancel Your Booking

  • To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or phone. Cancellations are only considered confirmed when we send an acknowledgment via email.

  • All cancellation requests must include the booking reference number and the full name of the guest.

 

Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refund timelines are subject to the processing times of the respective banks or payment gateways.

 

This policy aims to balance flexibility for our guests while also protecting the villa’s operations.
