House Rules

Check-in: 2PM onwards

Check-out: Before 11AM. ​

(Early Check-ins & Late check-outs  may incur fees.)

Guest ID & Registration

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in for record purposes.


 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of ₹10000 is required before check-in and will be refunded after check-out if no damages occur.


 

Prohibited Activities

No illegal activities (e.g., drug use, unauthorised parties, or noise disturbances). Violations will result in eviction and loss of deposit.


 

Commercial Photography

Not Allowed unless you have written permission from the host


 

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for damages and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.


 

Noise & Disturbances

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Strictly No loud music/noise after 10PM. This is to ensure the sanctity of other guests in the villas around. We reserve the right to stop any parties/events/get-togethers that are not deemed fit for our villas at any time.


 

Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damage to guest property.


 

Guest Limits​

Maximum of 9 guests. Unregistered guests will incur extra charges.


 

No Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.


 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.


 

Termination

Violating house rules may result in eviction and loss of deposit.


 

Additional House Rules

 

  • Please treat our home with the same love and respect you would treat your own.

 

  • Remember to turn off the lights, fans, and AC when you're not using them. We try our best to be as green friendly and reduce our carbon footprint to help keep Goa beautiful.

 

  • Water is precious, so please conserve it. Kindly ensure the taps are closed after use.

 

  • Kindly observe all the rules of the complex and keep noise levels under control as a courtesy to our neighbors.

 

  • Please don't bring any foul-smelling items, flammable materials, or unauthorized weapons onto the property.

 

  • Smoking is only allowed in open spaces and NOT inside the villa

 

  • In our commitment to environmental sustainability, we will change towels and linens every third day of your stay. 

  • We provide bath towels and pool towels. We suggest you bring beach towels. We donot permit towels to be taken from the units.

 

  • No visitors allowed at the property apart from the ones registered with the management. For any exceptions, please let us know prior to your reservation.

 

  • Additional people are allowed at a rate of 2000 rupees per person.

 

  • Please make sure to lock the doors when leaving the unit and when sleeping. The guest shall be solely responsible for any losses or harm caused by this negligence. Loss of key will be charged 1000 rupees per key.


 

Pool Rules

 

  • To ensure cleanliness, please wear proper swimwear. Charges may apply if water quality is compromised.

 

  • For safety and cleanliness, no glassware or smoking is allowed near the private pool. If a glass breaks, the guest will be responsible for the costs associated with changing the water. Plastic glasses or cans are permitted for your convenience.

 

  • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially for children, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

 

  • Swimming is at your own risk; please exercise caution and prioritize safety in the absence of a lifeguard.

 

  • To maintain safety, please refrain from running, pushing, or engaging in rough play in the pool area.

 

  • Kindly be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
