• Aavsa allows rescheduling a booking only up to 10 days prior to check-in.

 

Rescheduling Charges

 

• Within 1 month prior to check-in : Nil

• Between 30 days - 10 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM) : 20% charge + taxes

 

Note : This rescheduled booking will become non refundable and no further charges will be allowed.

 

Non-Cancellable Coupon Usage

 

• If a non-cancellable coupon is applied, guests can reschedule for a weekday for free or for a weekend by paying a 20% rescheduling fee, valid for the next 90 days.

 

Tariff Difference

 

• If the new dates have a higher tariff than the original booking, the difference must be paid to Aavsa to confirm the new dates.

• If the new dates have a lower tariff, no refund will be provided for the difference.
